Full Planning Service and Coordination – From £1850

Organising a wedding can take up to 250 hours of your time, that is the equivalent of working 6 full time weeks. We understand how frustrating it can be having to do endless researching, organise multiple suppliers, get your ideas across to each one, receive many calls with questions and then you still have to manage your busy life as well. This is where we come in because we can do this hard work for you.

We have a consultation meeting to discuss ideas, themes, concepts, venue requirements, budgets and everything else that you need. We then prepare a quote tailored specifically to you and what you want. The price is fixed and is not based on a percentage of your final budget.

As the day approaches we will make sure that all the suppliers are ready and all the final arrangements are in place, culminating in complete on the day coordination and management from the beginning to the end, giving you the special celebration that you dreamed of.

Partial Planning – From £750

We work alongside you as your Personal Assistant, you will be in complete control and you will already have designed your own theme and you will want to put some of your plans into action yourself. We will be there to help and support you, giving you guidance along the way.

We will be more than happy to discuss your needs and agree areas of responsibility with you at our initial consultation meeting. We then prepare a quote tailored specifically to you and what you want. The price is fixed and is not based on a percentage of your final budget.

The Final 6 – 8 Weeks – From £550

You will have about six to eight weeks to go but you want help and support to pull it all together. You will have already chosen your colour scheme and theme and will have all your major suppliers already in place.

Following our consultation meeting we then prepare a quote tailored specifically to you and what you want. The price is fixed and is not based on a percentage of your final budget.

On The Day Coordination – From £350

You will have everything in place, but you want the peace of mind that it will all come together on the day as you have planned, so you can relax and enjoy your special celebration.

We will meet about four weeks before your special day where you will provide us with all the information about your suppliers, your chosen theme and colour scheme and your timings. Giving as much detail as possible about how you envisage your day will enable us to ensure that your day is perfect and everything runs smoothly.

We will manage your day from the very beginning through to your evening entertainment ensuring that any problems that may arise are managed effortlessly without any disruption to your perfect day.
